workshops at SMUG

 In collaboration with SMUG designer A Alicia, the upstairs room of our Camden Passage shop SMUG, will be, for the first time ever, transformed into a workshop space. For two Sundays in October you'll be able to come along and take part in workshops based on projects from A Alicia's book 'Make It Your Own' which will also be for sale at SMUG during October. On Sunday 13th October come along and make a Geometric Stencilled Wall-Hanging. You'll learn stencilling and the art of pom pom making. On Sunday 27th October make a gorgeous little Hand-Embroidered Drawstring Bag, perfect for storing bits and bobs, especially when travelling, or for wrapping a very special gift. You'll learn simple free-hand embroidery techniques, with a modern take on vintage floral embroidery, and learn how to sew a drawstring bag. All materials and equipment will be provided and you'll end up with something beautiful and completely unique to take home for a special introductory price of £20. FYI there are very limited spaces, so please book here early to avoid disappointment. Just in case you needed any added incentive, Emily of T&SHOP will be running a pop up tea room downstairs at SMUG, offering home brewed teas and delicious baking.
