Are you feeling tired? Busy running to do ‘all the things’ but seemingly standing still? I know so many of you are working so hard on building your creative businesses into brands that can support you in leading the life you dream of and I am so here for that! I also know that so many of you feel overwhelmed with how much it feels like there is to do. Many of you are excited by the idea of stretching and growing as you feel like that’s what will help to start making more impact. But you also feel you just don’t have the headspace to take on more. I get it. It can feel like a lot. Especially when you’re doing it alone. But what it you didn’t have to do it alone?

I’ve actually not created this group coaching programme for people who have it all under control and figured out. It’s for those of you who are feeling busy, overwhelmed and like you can’t fit it all in. It’s for those of you who feel passionate about growing and stretching but who are also feeling like there aren’t enough hours in the day to achieve what you want to. ‘Grow Your Brand’ isn’t another thing to take your focus, time and energy. It’s a safe space for designer makers looking for guidance and support in growing their businesses in a way that feels less overwhelming, more intentional and less exhausting. I’ve built this programme to give you time back! To give you energy, motivation and a feeling of being heard, known and understood. Yes all the tools and strategy to grow your business are included but it will not be hard work. There will not be homework that makes you feel bogged down. This group coaching programme will help you in finding clarity and intention each step of the way. So let me fill you in on a bit more about who this programme is for.

Do you dream of developing your product collection, building your brand and growing your business to support yourself in living the life you want to, in the way you want to? Did you decide to work for yourself so that you could have the creative and financial freedom you desire? And yet, you’re busy doing all the things but not yet seeing consistent rewards? If so, this group coaching programme is for you.

I set up my design store SMUG over 10 years ago and have worked with 100s of designer makers. Over the past few years I have also been producing my own work. Based on my insights over many years of experience in this area and particularly, after noticing the mistakes that so many designer makers make time and time again, I have put together a group coaching programme to teach how you can grow your business and establish a wholesaleable brand with good relationships with retailers as well as your own direct customers and audience.

But there’s more.

After 2 years of coaching in the mindset and self development world, I have come away with a vast tool kit of life changing (and business changing) exercises, practices and tried and tested ways of reworking and re-imagining the way you spend your working days, the work you prioritise, the way you connect with your customers, the way you make money and the way you feel about showing up in the world and being your best self.

What we'll cover :

7th Oct Bonus Call at 1pm: Welcome session and introduction to ‘Grow Your Brand’ (This is for those already signed up to enjoy. The official start date will be October 14th).

Week 1: Exploring Your Values & Leaning Into Your ‘Why’ (14th Oct at 1pm)

Week 2: Connecting With Your Customer & Selling With Ease (21st Oct at 1pm)

Week 3: Up-Levelling Your Mindset & Being Open to New Opportunities (28th Oct at 1pm)

Week 4: Decisive Action, Growth and the Future (4th Nov at 1pm)

All of our sessions will be around 60 minutes (so you can squeeze them into your lunch break - did I say I get how busy you are?) and will be hosted through Zoom on Wednesdays at 1pm. The recording of each session will be shared within our provate Facebook community so you can watch back anytime you like.

The extras :

As mentioned above, you will also gain access to a private Facebook group made especially for this course, full of like-minded designer makers, all navigating trying to growing their brands in an aligned and sustainable way without overwhlem and burnout.

You will have weekly homework from me which we will discuss and catch up on in the Facebook group. This homework will often be mindset work or simple journaling tasks, designed to help you move forward with what you’re working on anyway, in a more intentional way. I will suggest practices to help you seek clarity and your best next step forward. As I mentioned above, the homework will not be ‘another thing to do’ or make you feel bogged down, but will instead, help keep you motivated and working towards your goals in a way that feels lighter and easier.

You will receive weekly group emails from me to keep you on track in your growth and inspired to take action. I’ll be in the Facebook group regularly too, sharing little pep talks, encouragements and resources that I think will help you in your day-to-day.
